Fire Up Media offers two types of photo services.

Enhancement Services

Enhancement services include color correction, color standardization, image sharpening and color space management on a page level and other "enhancements deemed necessary" to produce the best quality and pleasing impact for the web page.

If the source is a RAW format then more correction and enhancement can be done, but it takes a little longer since each image since more options open up. Depending on the color space used during photography, color space management is included.

If the source is JPG, then very little correction and only slight enhancement can be done, but enhancement is still a desirable activity, if for no other reason that color standardization on for the page. Some sharpening or softening can be done.

The cost of these services are discussed with the client and clearly spelled out in the proposal stage of the contract.

Photography

if the client chooses to use Fire Up Media for the photography needs, then certain things happen automatically:

  • Canon Equipment with only the finest "L" Professional lens are use for maximum image quality.
  • All images are photographed in RAW format with ProPhoto RGB color space.
  • Images can be supplied according to output method - Printer, Web site, photo printing

The cost of these services are discussed with the client and clearly spelled out in the proposal stage of the contract.
